Our Management

Mr. Kiran Sapre

Kiran is a Mechanical Engineer and has 30 Years of Industry experience. He had a long stint with THERMAX Limited and has exposure and expertise in various functions starting from Product Development, New Product Launch, Sales & Marketing, Channel Management, Operations, Technical Collaborations, Mergers and hive-off.

Kiran was Operations-Head in Surface Coating business of Thermax Ltd. (FY1999-2001), Business Head-Industrial Products (FY2002-2011), in Water and Waste Water Solutions SBU. He has also worked in corporate function to lead company’s ‘Project Customer Focus’ initiative encompassing Complaint Management, Delivery Cycle Improvements (O.T.P), Service Excellence, Employee Engagement, Customer Engagement across the Business SBUs. He has successfully launched Thermax’s Customer Interaction Center (CIC) – A platform for Complaint Management, business SBU’s lead generation, online customer satisfaction survey. The project was awarded Thermax Innovation Award FY 2012-13.

Kiran left Thermax Limited in 2013 to become an entrepreneur.

Mr. Umesh Phadke

Umesh is a Mechanical Engineer and has 32 years of experience in Paint Finishing Industry. He has honed his skills in Process Management, Operational Excellence, Engineering, QFD techniques, performance Improvement and trouble shooting, structural problem solving. His rich experience covers detail engineering & process management of Cathodic electrodeposition, automatic Liquid and Powder lines, Autophoretic lines, concept to commissioning of high speed finishing lines up 9met/min.

His unique experience covers collaborative engineering with paint finishing companies, paint and chemical companies from Europe, USA and Japan. Umesh enjoys the highest reputation towards customer retention.

Umesh was Engineering-Head at Thermax Surface Coating Ltd. FY2000.

Umesh is an entrepreneur since 2002 and continued serving customers in the Paint finishing area.
